Definitely something to make: Ginger Beer

Have you ever considered making ginger beer?   I know my experiences with homemade bottle yeast recipes have either ended up on my client’s ceiling, or coating every surface in my kitchen in a slow crawling gurgling mass. So why would my fiance risk having ginger beer shellack the vertical surfaces as well? Who knows, I’ll let you know how it turns out though
